Refund policy

We check and recheck before dispatching our products. You will receive the product in the best condition. But if you find any damage or defect, please initiate your return in 48 hours with a reference picture/video.

Drop us a mail at pristinepaletteuae@gmail.com. While returning/exchanging products, please ensure they’re in their original packaging. We will arrange a reverse pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request. Refund shall be made either by cash or by bank transfer within 7 business days. please note that if from any place we are unable to pick up the parcel, the customer is expected to send it back.

Returns are only accepted if the products are received damaged and is found to be an error of the brand or its shipping partner.
